Stephanie Weddington

Stephanie Weddington (UNL-CCFL) received an M.A. degree in industrial-organizational psychology and is experienced in child welfare evaluation and workforce projects with a broad knowledge of the current literature on recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, and turnover. She has conducted research on the effects of emotional labor and secondary traumatic stress on turnover intentions and consulted with non-profit organizations to improve their volunteer programs and enhance volunteer retention.
