Virginia: Mobile Technology

This brief presentation describes how a variety of mobile solutions are being used in the child welfare field to decrease the time workers spend on administrative tasks. The presenter discusses how Virginia identified some technological strategies to improve child welfare worker job retention and the role of the QIC-WD in supporting and evaluating the intervention to determine if mobile technology can strengthen the child welfare workforce in multiple implementing agencies throughout the state.
