Cynthia Parry

Dr. Cynthia Parry (CF Parry Associates) is experienced in using administrative databases for research and evaluation. While at American Humane Association (AHA), she was active in the development of case level data reports from the NCANDS, and served as AHA’s Director of Research. Dr. Parry has extensive experience in testing and measurement, and using test data for decision making. She has developed competency-based instruments and protocols for new child welfare workers and supervisors in California and Pennsylvania and served on the evaluation committee of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, participating in the development of a database of reviews of measures of traumatic stress, child well-being and family functioning.
