Jonathan Litt, J.D., M.S.W. (UCLA) is dedicated to empowering the QIC-WD and its sites to make timely and informed decisions through data analyses and visualizations. Jonathan has 10 years of experience working with child welfare and juvenile justice systems. As a member of the UCLA Social Welfare Evaluation Group, he evaluates the process, quality, and impact of workforce development strategies in human service systems. Prior to joining UCLA, he worked at the Coalition for Juvenile Justice, where he was responsible for the provision of national and regional training and technical assistance to the organization’s members and allies. He also supported the development and implementation of the organization’s national initiatives. He has worked as a youth advocate and provided training and casework supervision for the Michigan State University Adolescent Diversion Project, as well as a research assistant for a juvenile court in Lansing, Michigan and the Michigan Race Equity Coalition on Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice.
