Martin Hall
Martin T. Hall, PhD, MSSW, is an associate professor in the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville. He serves as the lead evaluator for the Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Teams (START) program, a child welfare-based intervention for families experiencing co-occurring substance use and child maltreatment. The START program evaluation is funded through two Administration for Children & Families grants: Regional Partnership Grant II and Kentucky’s Title IV-E Child Welfare Waiver.
