Washington: Telework

This brief presentation explains Washington’s choice to examine telework as a means of strengthening its child welfare workforce. The presenter provides a brief overview of what we know about the connection between telework and positive outcomes among workers and the opportunity to improve the telework strategy for child welfare workers in Washington.
